Although primarily a logistician, Mr. Arzberger was instrumental in developing web-based management tools. One result of such successes has been a steady flow of substantial projects. In January 2002, Jeff Acred joined Chris Arzberger to undertake the development of budgeting and financial analysis tools for managing “second destination transportation” of munitions, vehicles, and aircraft engines.
